Facelifting
At the beginning a detailed analysis of the face will take place. A treatment concept will be developed with your input. Which operative approach we use is determined by your personal wishes for resurfacing. We use conventional minimal scar techniques as well as endoscopic approaches. Postoperative treatment is a very important concern of ours. For example, we give you some hints (e.g. how to cover small bruises after the procedure) so you can reappear in public before long. Nose Corrections
After a detailed analysis of your facial features, the new form and size for the nose will be designed. The new appearance of the nose will be designed to fit your wishes as well as the harmonic proportions of your face. This planning stage is crucial, because the remodeling must often be performed three-dimensionally. It is very important to us that your ability to breathe through your nose is not be hindered by the operation, and through the operation it can sometimes even be improved. Thus the result is not only aesthetical, but also functional.

Ear Corrections
Protruding ears are a common congenital disorder in infancy. They can sometimes cause psychological problems, and to avoid teasing from other children they can be corrected before children reach school age. The ideal time is at the age of 5 or 6 because the ears have already reached their adult size. We also perform the ear-readjustment procedure on adults. This operation is even possible under local anaesthesia.

Upper and lower lid plasty
The eyes have a central meaning for the individual expression of a face. Thus sagging upper eyelids or big tearsacks are often the first alterations that lead people to a plastic surgeon. Augmentation of the periorbital skin can be performed on an out-patient basis. Often this procedure can be combined with a middle face lifting.

Lip-remodelling
We can offer you fine and full lips in just a short out-patient procedure. We apply filling material with aid of tiny needles applied in exactly the right places. The volume augmentation will be achieved thrugh lipofilling or with use of hyluronic acid. Becuase some of these procedures should be repeated from time to time, we offer special arrangements for our regular clients.

Profile-Correction
The underlying cranial bone structure has a strong influence on the design and the contours of a face. To achieve a major remodelling of the face, correction of the facial bones might be important (e.g. chin augmentation or reduction). Alternatively we offer skin implants to achieve proper augmentation (e.g. chin).
